A mentorship program creates a nurturing environment for employees at all levels to learn and grow while ensuring smooth transfer of knowledge as staff transition in and out of the company.
This program should boost employee satisfaction and retention, help us attract top talent, and help our people advance their skills and grow in their careers.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Once you sign up, Bowdie and Allison will match you with your mentee and they will be asked to reach out and schedule a time that would work best for you both to meet.
  • We encourage you both to connect at least 2 times a month.
  • Bowdie and Allison will reach out monthly to check in with you both.
