Leaders & Readers is a great way to hear from other employees about books that they’ve found helpful to them throughout their careers and outside of work too. It’s an interesting way to learn a bit before you read a book to see if it’s something that you may want to read and implement in the future.
It’s not just about the book being discussed as much as it’s about connection and conversation between other employees who may have had similar or different experiences as you and to see how they were able to grow and apply these concepts in their lives.
Our goal is to let you know about some great resources you may have heard of but don’t know much about, or maybe about some resources you’ve never heard of.
We kicked off this series in August of 2023 so we are still figuring out the best way to move forward with it. It’s a great time to join us and suggestions and ideas are welcome as we continue to grow the group!
